It's Budget Preparation time!

The DBM has issued National Budget Memorandum No. 105, prescribing the policy guidelines and procedures in the preparation of the FY 2011 Budget Proposals. • Framework - The FY 2011 Budget shall provide the initial fiscal and budget scenario for the transition to a new administartion; and sustain  expenditure management reforms to support a stronger, more inclusive growth. • Fiscal Tragets - The proposed 2011 budget amounts to Php 1.68 T,   an increase of Php 148 B over the 2009 level or 9.3%. With Revenues     estimated at Php 1.40 T, and expenditures projected at Php 1.68 T, the budget deficit will reach Php 285 B.                                        View/download > > NBM 105    Budget Calendar   Revised Sked

GUIDELINES ON THE SECOND TRANCHE OF SSL 3

The DBM has issued two (2) circulars to implement the 2nd tranche of the Modified Salary Schedules authorized under Joint Resolution No. 4 and Executive Order No. 900. NBC 524 implements the Modified SS for civilian pesonnel of NGAs, GOCCs and GFIs as well as military and uniformed personnel which takes effect June 24, 2010. On the other hand, LBC 95 implements the applicable modified SS for LGU personnel effective January 1, 2010.               Download >>  NBC 524 | LBC 95 | Related Story

FY 2010 INTERNAL REVENUE ALLOTMENT

The DBM has issued Local Budget Memorandum No. 63, informing LGUs of their final IRA share for FY 2010 as well as the budget preparation guideines for the formulation of the FY 2011 budgets.  FY 2010 Final IRA -  computed at the same level as the amounts released starting January 2010, subject to adjustment once the Supreme court shall have issued the entry of judgment on the constitutionality of the creation of 16 cities and one province in Mindanao.                                                 View/download: LBM 63 | IRA Distribution  | Related stories
